Closing Credit for Buyers and Sellers of Real Estate PRP Group

Arvada Chamber Members who list their residential or small commercial property with our group will receive a $500 credit at the time of closing to offset costs of selling. Members who are buying will receive a $500 credit at closing to help offset closing costs or help buy down a mortgage rate.
