Maia Primary Care & Wellness is a direct primary care practice located in the 5 Parks business park. Direct primary care is a newer and growing model of primary care. Patients pay a low monthly membership fee for primary care services at Maia instead of using insurance. Membership includes unlimited in-person and/or virtual visits, certain labs checked annually and reduced cash prices on services offered at Maia. Maia patients are able to communicate with their provider directly through a secure messaging app. Scheduling is convenient, there will never be a long wait to see your provider, and patients get more time with their providers. Insurance can still be used for services outside of Maia Primary Care & Wellness, such as medications, labs, imaging, specialist care, etc. 



Please note this discount is available for chamber members only and for primary care membership only. 



Maia Primary Care & Wellness offers additional services (such as biote hormone replacement therapy) outside of primary care membership that are available to everyone. Maia Primary Care & Wellness is also open to partnering with local businesses to provide primary care services to employees.
