TOSS’N 4 TOTS CORNHOLE TOURNAMENT

DATE, August 23, 2022 (Arvada, Colo.) – Arvada-Jefferson Kiwanis, a local chapter of Kiwanis International with 70+ members, serving Arvada for nearly 60 years, has officially announced their 3rd Annual Toss’n 4 Tots Cornhole fundraiser. The event will be held Saturday, September 17 from noon to 3:00 p.m. at the Allen House Pavilion at 64th Ave and Quail Street in Arvada. This event replaced the Pins 4 Kids Bowling Tournament, that the club had previously sponsored in 2020 after the pandemic halted many activities. The outdoor cornhole event gave the Arvada-Jefferson Kiwanis Club a chance to raise funds and still be able to socially distance. The event has been successful raising more than $15,000 over the past two years, also provides fun for the participants and their families. The club is now making this an annual event. A team of two costs $100, which includes participation in the event and lunch with beverages (including beer), hot dogs, burgers and more prepared by ArvadaJefferson Kiwanis volunteers with their mobile Kiwanis Kitchen. A silent auction will also take place as another opportunity for the club to raise money and donations are always appreciated. This is a great opportunity to play for fun and win prizes.
