NeuroGrove is an integrative brain wellness founded by internationally-renowned brain health expert, Dr. Ashlie Bell. Our center utilizes cutting-edge brain technology combined with integrative medicine and psychotherapeutic interventions to help clients rewire their brains and find true, lasting healing of their brain, mind, body, and spirit. The clients that come to us tend to be struggling with challenges such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, concussion/brain injury, or medically unexplained symptoms. At NeuroGrove, we strive to get to the roots of the problem rather than just manage symptoms, and these roots are often found in the brain and/or other systems of the body. We offer 3D brain imaging, functional medicine testing, and other comprehensive assessments to find the most likely contributors to clients’ struggles. We then use this information to develop targeted, individualized programs for our clients, which may involve advanced brain-computer interface technology, transcranial neurostimulation, brain-based movement therapy, biofeedback, personalized nutrition, wellness coaching, and/or integrative psychotherapy. Furthermore, we strongly believe in empowering the public with the knowledge they need to take control of their health and optimize their brain wellness. As such, Dr. Bell and the NeuroGrove team provide free and low-cost community education around the Denver/Boulder area, as well as online and around the world. NeuroGrove also partners with a nonprofit called HeadStrong to provide services completely free of charge to veterans with PTSD! In addition to our integrative treatment programs, we offer peak performance programs for athletes wanting to improve their performance, business executives/students wanting to improve their cognitive capacities, and meditators wanting to deepen their practice with neuro-assisted meditation. We also offer “brain spa” treatments for individuals who want to just come experience a day of deep, restorative relaxation and transformative insight. All in all, our vision for NeuroGrove is to help people optimize their brain-body wellness, achieve their highest goals, and become the best versions of themselves.
