Description

Stress and anxiety can impact your productivity and sense of purpose at work. Join us for a workshop where you'll learn practical, actionable tips to manage and reduce anxiety and stress in both your personal and professional life. In this session, you'll discover effective strategies to enhance your mental resilience and boost your overall happiness and ability to show up effectively. Also, hear strategies for you and your team to face some of life’s most profound challenges—death, loss, and trauma. Understand how to create a safe space for growth, ensuring that you not only navigate through difficult times but emerge stronger, inspired, and ready to embrace life anew.

This event is hosted by the Arvada Resiliency Taskforce and presented by Emily Garcia (Tribe Mind Body Wellness) and April Paige (Life Spire Coaching).

The Arvada Resiliency Taskforce is a cross-section of local partners assembled to support the latest challenges impacting all Arvada businesses and non-profits. The Taskforce includes the Arvada Chamber of Commerce, Arvada Economic Development Association, Arvada Visitors Center, City of Arvada, Olde Town Business Improvement District, and Community First Foundation.

Emily Garcia, LCSW is the owner of Tribe Mind Body Wellness, a counseling practice that provides comprehensive support to individuals of all ages. Alongside leading her dedicated team, Emily is the co-host of the podcast "SoulStirred: Stories of Growth and The Human Experience," where she passionately explores the narratives that shape our identities. A dynamic keynote speaker, Emily leverages her expertise to empower others, facilitating changes for a better life. With a genuine commitment to helping others with their wellbeing, Emily weaves together counseling, podcasting, and public speaking to inspire positive growth and balance in the lives of others.

From the rugged trails of the Rockies to the bustling towns nestled in their foothills, April Paige's voice reverberates, igniting crucial conversations about suicide prevention and mental health awareness. Through her unwavering commitment to destigmatizing these often silenced topics, April empowers individuals across all communities, including outdoor enthusiasts in Colorado, to confront the shadows of despair with compassion, resilience, and a renewed sense of solidarity.
