Lunch & Learn – Identifying and Managing Grief and Depression

Arbor View Senior Living will host an open dialogue led by Barb, a licensed professional counselor with the Colorado Visiting Nurse Association, who specializes in loss and grief. Learn to differentiate grief from depression, navigate first anniversaries and holidays without a loved one, and find support within family and community.
