Dr. Denise Caleb

Dr. Denise Caleb, M.Ed., CME, SHRM-CP, PHR, is the First Vice President and Director of the Human Capital Consulting Practice, where she leads the Human Resources (HR), Organizational Development (OD), Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) Integration, Creative Services, and Executive Services lines of business.
As one of the leading experts in the country on DEIB, holding a CHRO position twice, spending more than 25 years in human resources, business development, and executive leadership roles, and a military spouse of 27 years, Dr. Caleb is focused on innovating and leading the Human Capital strategies and expanding the service lines to enhance FutureSense?s DEIB capabilities.
Prior to her role with FutureSense, Dr. Caleb served as the inaugural President of the Human Resource Standards Institute (HRSI) and Senior Vice President, Global Diversity and Inclusion External Strategy, of the HRCI, providing and advancing the organization?s strategic expansion and progressive growth model in the public, private, and non-profit sectors.
Over the course of her career, Dr. Caleb has supported a number of Fortune 500, publicly traded and high-profile organizations, including Walgreens, Ford Motor Credit Company, the financial arm of the Ford Motor Company; EDMC, under the Goldman Sachs umbrella; San Juan Regional Medical Center; and The University of Kansas Health System serving on a total of 8 executive teams. In addition to HR, she was responsible for employee health, occupational health, and urgent care with over 30k visits per year. While in higher education she provided HR leadership for 13 campus locations and Western State Law School in California. She currently serves on the Rockies Venture Club (RVC) Board.
A lifelong learner, volunteer, and active member of her community, Dr. Caleb has her doctorate in Organizational Leadership with her dissertation focusing on women at the executive level, a Master of Education in HR Development, Organizational Learning, Performance and Change, and a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication, with an emphasis on Rhetoric, Radio, and Sports Broadcasting. She completed the Harvard Business School Global Executive Education program, holds her SHRM-CP, PHR, D&I certificate from Cornell University, and Lean & Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Colorado State University.
Dr. Caleb was named one of Colorado?s Top 25 Most Powerful Women in Business by the Colorado Women?s Chamber of Commerce (CWCC) and the recipient of a Stevie® Award for Women in Business, nominated in the Female Executive of the Year category. Dr. Caleb continues to drive impact, shaping the future of work for HR and DEIB professionals. She is a sought-after speaker and thought leader, having appeared at the HR Tech and Diversity Woman Conferences, numerous podcasts, featured in SHRM, HR Professionals, and HR Executive Magazines.

In her role with talent management and diversity, equity, and inclusion at Comcast, she partners with senior leaders to help identify and develop successors through a lens of diverse representation. Aurora?s lived experience as a former active-duty army spouse has informed her continued commitment to support military community through hiring, networking, and mentorship. Aurora was born and raised in Flint, MI and is a first-generation Mexican American and college graduate (Michigan State, Go Green!). She moved to Colorado in 2011 and, after living in five states in between, she affirms that this is best place she's lived.
Raven Faber

Raven founded EngErotics in 2016 in response to a clear lack of design standards and safety regulations in the sexual wellness industry. She has over a decade of engineering and sales experience and she is very passionate about using the fundamentals of engineering, math, and science as the basis for the design and development of high-quality intimacy devices as well as CBD-infused intimate body care products. She is extremely passionate about normalizing the conversation surrounding sex and sex education and believes very deeply in the need for engineers and scientists to have a direct influence on how the world looks at intimate product design, formulation, quality, and safety.
Alison Wisneski

Alison Wisneski wears many hats, but most of them fall under sales and marketing, including content creation management and strategy, along with authentic social media. She is the co-owner of Lady Justice Brewing alongside her wife, and is the owner of Alison Wisneski Strategy, LLC. Her background in journalism and social change make her uniquely qualified to talk about the things that matter most. In her free time, you can find her sipping any local pale ale or sparkling rosé on a patio no matter the season (a true Wisconsinite to the core), preferably surrounded by dogs.

As the owner of Electric Cherry Shop + Studios, Ally believes being an Electric Cherry, means to live free and authentically, lead with kindness, and always carry music in your heart. With a background of visual arts and a heritage of record pressing, Ally loves to combine all facets of art & music into small batch & sustainable retail. With the intention to advocate for local artisans, give back to the community, and be an inclusive hub for creative expression. Ally is also the Marketing Chair for Olde Town, Arvada?s Board of Directors & volunteers with the Business Improvement District?s Events and Placemaking committees.
