Hypnotherapy utilizes a deep relaxed state where we can access our subconscious mind which holds the answers to our important questions, concerns, and possible solutions. With our conscious mind, we are only able to access about 10% of all the information stored in our brain. The subconscious mind has access to all the rest. In a safe and comfortable setting, Recovery art and Intuitive painting give our nonverbal right brain—which is more closely connected to our subconscious, values, and emotions—a “voice” to express itself. With this creative outlet, we are given insight into our deepest fears, pains, struggles, joys, understanding, and direction for moving forward. Experience true release, relaxation, and personal expression as we utilize hypnotherapy techniques to drop into a deep, intuitive state and target personal presenting issues, blocks, insights, and goals through art. This creative healing process will be guided by: Alanna Bell, with the SoulWise Institute in conjunction with NeuroGrove Neurotherapy No experience in hypnotherapy, art or intuitive practices needed! Canvas, paint, brushes, tools, & art supplies provided.
