Please arrive by 3:15 to get set up before we start at 3:30. Wear comfortable gym clothes and bring a water bottle! Please register to receive the calendar invitation & so we know how many to expect. AYP regularly offers live events to help you build your network and have fun! AYP will meet at Fit Body Boot Camp at 3:15- workout to be 3:30-4pm. After our sweat session we will go to LUKI brewery for Happy Hour! Please RSVP if you are going to join us for the workout, as Madison at Fit Body needs a headcount.
